1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NO1 PK MART, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Seller Accounts

Sellers must provide accurate store and product information. All listed products must be genuine and legal to sell. We reserve the right to approve, reject, warn, suspend, or permanently remove any store that violates our policies, with the reason communicated to the seller.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through the platform are between the customer and the individual seller. Payment methods, delivery timelines, and order status are managed within the platform for transparency.

4. Prohibited Activity

Users may not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the platform, submit fraudulent orders/reviews, or misuse the chat and support systems. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

NO1 PK MART acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers beyond our platform's reasonable support and moderation efforts.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
